This Cabernet vineyard is farmed by our team in a way we are very proud of. Through the process of minimizing inputs we have been able to accentuate the characteristics of the site and vintage. An ideal growing season produced beautiful wine grapes and a Cabernet that is guaranteed to only get better over time. Indigenous yeasts were allowed to settle into the must and a cool, slow but steady fermentation took place over a few weeks. Once used French barrels were utilized to allow the wine to rest for 18 months before bottling.
