Vineyard Notes
Clarksburg in California’s Sacramento River Delta has always been known for producing flavorful full bodied white wines.
Winemaker Notes
The grapes were picked when ripe but not over ripe producing a balanced enjoyable wine that goes well with food while not overpowering it. Made with no oak and no Malo-lactic to be aroma rich expressing what the vineyard has to offer. 5% Pinot gris was added to add complexity and minerality.

Tasting Notes:

This Sauvignon Blanc showcases Clarksburg Delta varietal’s delicate floral character of light honeydew melon and passion fruit. Produced in a light, fresh and fruity style.  Touches of fresh mowed straw with grapefruit and lemon show through in this delicate easy drinking, enjoyable wine.

Pair with a lunch seafood salad or a charbroil salmon or chicken.
