Letter from the Winemaker
Two clones, Entav and Davis, are planted on the East end of
Lodi. The vineyard is farmed organically, but not certified.
Picked early and treaded lightly by foot before going directly to
press. Fermented and aged in neutral, French Oak barrels from
the Loire Valley for 6 months before bottling. No additives,
chemical fining agents or filtration took place in the production
of this wine. Only a minimal amount of SO2 was added
before bottling. Bright and fresh with mouth feel for days.
Only 50 cases produced
Vinification: Foot tread, then direct to
press. Barrel aged for 6 months in Neutral
