Bordering Dry Creek in the Oak Knoll District of Napa Valley and graced with a rare alluvial fan of well-drained sandy and gravelly loam soils our vineyard is truly special. Our Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is hand-harvested, cold-soaked for five days prior to fermentation, and barrel-aged in 100% new French oak barrels for twenty months. We hand select the best barrels of the vintage to craft our Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon.
