There are over 4,371 total acres planted in Rutherford and only 475 of which are planted to Sauvignon Blanc. From there we narrowed down the style of Sauvignon Blanc we wanted and \found it in the Dalla Gaspirina vineyard, located on Galleron Road at the northern end of Rutherford. There are only 9 rows of organically farmed Sauvignon Blanc grapes and they produce wines of great character and depth.
Our Sauvignon Blanc sparkles in your glass with its pale straw yellow hues. Green to its nature, the aromas of this wine has pretty notes of lime zest, honeydew and subtle tones of passion fruit lingering throughout the bouquet. The palate has a fresh and youthful burst of citrus followed by flavors of lemongrass and slightly toasted coconut flakes.
