Vineyard/Vintage Notes:  Amador County’s high elevation mountain vineyards are well suited to the production of full flavored varietal Vermentino.

Winemaker’s Notes:  Made in a crisp delicate European style to be aroma rich wine.  No oak or malo-lactic were used allow the natural flavors from the mountain vineyard to shine through.  This pretty wine has minerality on the back and finish and a firm acid structure throughout.  This balanced wine will accompany Asian food and light chicken or pork dishes.
