Two Grenache Clones Entav and Davis are planted on the east end of the Lodi appellation. This vineyard site is family owned and farmed organically. Picked early to maintain a fresh and driven character. Then taken directly to press. Fermented in Stainless steel and then transferred into neutral French oak to rest for 6 months before bottling. Indigenous yeast was allowed to settle in and ferment this wine. No additives, chemical finning agents or filtration were used during it’s production. Only a minimal amount of SO2 was introduced before bottling.
