Vineyard notes

Two clones, Entav and Davis are planted on the East end of Lodi. The vineyard is family owned, sustainable and CCOF certified organic.

Cellar notes

The fruit is picked early in season and then treaded lightly by foot before going directly in to the press. Fermented in tank and then allowed to rest in neutral French Oak barrels from the Loire Valley for 6 months before bottling.

Tasting Notes:

Watermelon rind, strawberry and stone fruit on the nose. Ripe peach on the palate, rich texture and a pleasant long-lasting acidity.
